Thought the boot might be too snug, but it basically perfect. Once I rode for the day I realized that the boot broke in a bit and was great. Glad I kept the size I ordered and didn’t go up a half size.

It’s a beautiful looking snowboarding boot thats very comfortable but I was not able to tighten the laces for a secure fit on my calf. I’m going to assume it needs some breaking into so the upper part of the boot can be more flexible to wrap around your calf properly. It took a a while to lace too and I realized that I don’t want to deal with laces in the ice cold temperatures at a snow resort without my gloves because there is no way I can lace with gloves on. I’m going to look for another Vans boots with a BOA system instead of laces.

They are beautiful designed boots, very comfortable and not as bulky as other brands of snowboarding boots. I normally buy boots with a BOA system and this was my first time purchasing laced ones. It took me a long time to lace up but no matter how hard I tried to pull the strings I was not able to get a tight secure feeling around the calf. I want to assume because it’s brand new and the upper materials is a bit rigid and needs time to mold around my calf. Even removing them, I realize laces is too much work for me and I can’t imagine removing my gloves to retie my laces at a snow resort in the icy cold weather. If you have good hand strength to tighten the laces then this boot is for you. As for me, I’m going back to the BOA system.

The pictures show two sets of boots, the first set has copper designs on black, the second set is all black. Customer service said they are the same

Stylish with semi-acceptable functionality, causes ankle pain on inside of ankle. Pushes against the ankle bone, and after a few hours of riding becomes very sore. Ive been a big fan of the vans Ol Skool so I liked the look but based on functionality I may be looking for alternatives next time around. Heel Lift happens regardless of how tight boot is tied.

These boots are amazing! They are really comfortable and have the tight amount of flex, just as much as i needed. And they kept my feet warm the whole time. And they look good.

I am a ski lift operator and I wear these at work. They keep my feet super warm and dry!! But I would definitely size up 1/2 a size as they are a little too snug.

My son absolutely loves these snowboarding boots. He’s only been a few times this year but looks forward to everyday use in a few more snowfalls.

Boot is comfy and stylish you NEED to buy half a size up.

They are very comfortable but you have to buy half size up, I am usually 10 in vans but I had you buy 10.5
