At The Shoe Chic, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Some items may have different return requirements as noted below.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (unless tags are intact and the hygienic liner is undisturbed) or any customized/personalized items.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
