Where is The Shoe Chic located?
Our style headquarters is at 4693 Snider Street, Colorado Springs, US 80904. While we’re based in the U.S., we ship our fashion finds worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas).

How do I track my order?
The moment your fashion-forward finds leave our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipment notification email with tracking information. You can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep. For DHL/FedEx shipments, tracking is typically available within 24 hours; EMS tracking may take slightly longer to activate.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your style essentials to you ASAP! If you need to make changes, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the processing stage (typically within 4-6 hours of ordering).
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two stylish shipping solutions:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing. Perfect when you need those must-have sneakers for an upcoming event.
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after processing. Ideal when building your seasonal wardrobe.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship globally to fashion lovers worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Check your country’s import policies for details.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
While rare, shipping delays can happen. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number. For lost packages, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you your fashion finds or a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns and new orders rather than direct exchanges. For fastest service, place a new order for the correct size/color while processing your return. This ensures you get the right items without waiting for the return to complete first.
